§ 2201 No postal equipment or supplies manufactured by convict labor

Except as provided in chapter 307 of title 18, the Postal Service may not make a contract for the purchase of equipment or supplies to be manufactured by convict labor. ( Pub. L. 91–375 , Aug. 12, 1970 , 84 Stat. 742 .)
